Through integration of advanced quality solutions with local warehousing / logistics services, we provide value-added services that ensure low-risk delivery solutions for suppliers. We achieve this by reducing the number of intermediaries in the distribution channel and by applying quality control gateways. When combined this reduces the risk of defects and delays in the supply chain.

Total visibility of the supply chain cycle is achieved through Warehouse Management Systems that allow inventory tracking and KPI’s on a daily basis. Efficient stock deliveries can be maintained by implementing Just-In-Time (JIT) systems, which aligns orders from suppliers directly with production schedules, enabling fast, regular supplies when they are needed.

Quality Inspection Services

Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

PSI assures finished products are in accordance with the client’s specifications.

When at least 80% of production is completed and packaged, our qualified inspector is sent to your factory to inspect a sample of the finished production following our checklist or your custom requirements – protecting you from shipping non-conforming product.

Our pre-shipment inspection offers you independent and professional verification of the quality, quantity, marking, and packing of your shipments, helping you meet quality standards, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.

Pre-production Inspection (PPI)

An inspection of production equipment and materials to be used for your order and the first production run.

PPI ensures the factory’s production equipment can meet your production capacity and quality needs, while guaranteeing the actual materials to be used in production are the materials agreed upon.

Before beginning full production, our inspector arrives at the factory to view the production line to check appropriate quality and productivity requirements will be ensured. If necessary, we use a laboratory to do accurate analysis about the necessary ingredients and materials.

During Production Inspection (DPI)

An inspection checks production processes and capacity, therefore enabling early control and time to improve production quality.

When at least 20% of production is completed, our qualified inspector is sent to your factory to inspect production quality and status, check the finished as well as semi-finished products, all in accordance with your inspection requirements.

In case of missing quality requirements, we can provide professional advice to the suppliers, avoiding the same problems in the subsequent production.

Cargo Loading Supervision (CLS)

Our loading supervision service ensures the finished and packaged goods meet your specifications in terms of product type and quantity and are handled safely and correctly.

Improper handling of your goods can lead to damage, delays, and costs. We assist buyers in supervising the whole loading process, ensuring conformity to your specifications and total order quantity.
